Our complaints procedure

Radio Lisburn Live is a responsible broadcaster and we make every effort to inform, educate and entertain our entire audience. However, we appreciate that sometimes we may “Get it wrong”

We would like to take this opportunity to outline how you should submit a complaint and how your complaint will be handled.

  • Please submit your complaint by e-mail or in writing through [email protected] or by post to: FAO Station Manager, Radio Lisburn Live, Unit 417 Lisburn Enterprise Centre, Lisburn, BT28 2BY
  • We will acknowledge your complaint in writing and advise you how the complaint will be handled, including the estimated timescale for resolution. We may also request any additional clarifying information we require
  • We will respond to you, notifying you of our findings, and, if applicable, our proposals to resolve your complaint. We will also provide details of how you can appeal our findings, decision, or proposed resolution.

PLEASE NOTE: Our complaints procedure is not designed to dimmish your ability to contact the National regulator Ofcom.

You can of course send your complaint directly to them, but often issues that concern you, can be dealt with to your satisfaction quicker if you contact us directly.
