Our offical launch date confirmed

Radio Lisburn Live will launch at noon on Saturday, December 14th, 2024.
 
Radio Lisburn Live is unashamedly All About Lisburn all the time. When you tune in via your smart speaker or online, you will hear local news, coverage of our local sports teams, local interviews and the happenings around the City every day.
 
On the launch day, we aim to connect people with local news, champion local charities, support local businesses, and entertain the local masses with a must-listen mix of local current affairs, forthcoming events, and music through the decades.
 
The station aims to attract the local community across Lisburn. Listening is available on dab + radios, smart speakers, Freeview channel 277, and mobile apps.
 
Ask your Alexa or Google-enabled smart device to play Lisburn Live. Search the TuneIn app for Radio Lisburn Live, or click the play button on the Radio Lisburn Live website.
 
Station founder and programme director Jonny Glover said of the new project: “We look forward to bringing people together with friendly chat, information and the best mix of music from across the decades.
 
We aim to develop a community media hub where like-minded creative people can showcase their talents and gain experience from others.
“As much as it is about the listeners, it is equally important to create a community and provide opportunities for the people behind the scenes at the station, from presenters to social media content creators.”
 
The station will broadcast live from a newly customised studio at Lisburn Enterprise Centre, which has been at the heart of creating and supporting new business ventures since the 1990s.
